After Robert James Fox was convicted by a Cherokee County jury1 of the state-jail felony of tampering with a governmental record, he was sentenced to be incarcerated for one year and fined $10,000.00. Finding the evidence legally insufficient to support the conviction, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and render a judgment of acquittal...
