Lakeith Amir-Sharif, a pro se inmate, appeals the trial court's orders declaring him a vexatious litigant and dismissing his lawsuit against Quick Trip Corporation and Chester Cadieux III without prejudice. In six issues Amir-Sharif argues: (1) the trial court erred when it signed the order declaring him a vexatious litigant because he did not receive proper notice of the hearing and his appearance was due to a bench warrant...
