Appellant James Eric Higginbotham was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated (DWI). The jury found Higginbotham guilty of DWI, and the trial court sentenced him to thirty days' confinement. On appeal, Higginbotham argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress a video recording of him performing field sobriety tests in the police station's DWI room on the night of his arrest.
