MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Francis Williams Montenegro, appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of appellees, Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, and Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (collectively, "Ocwen"). We will affirm.
