Juan Jose Reyes was convicted of Burglary of a Habitation and sentenced to 90 years in prison. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 30.02(a)(3) (West 2011). Because the evidence is sufficient to support Reyes's conviction as a principal to the offense, Reyes was not charged as a party to the offense, and Reyes was not harmed by the trial court's error in denying Reyes's request for a mistake of fact instruction to the jury, the trial...
