No. 09-12-00223-CR.

416 S.W.3d 90 (2013)

Richard Darren GOODWIN, Appellant v. The STATE of Texas, Appellee.

Court of Appeals of Texas, Beaumont.

Decided October 30, 2013.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert S. Bartlett , Conroe, for Appellant.

Brett W. Ligon , Dist. Atty., Lane Haygood , Asst. Dist. Atty., Conroe, for Appellee.

Before GAULTNEY, KREGER, and HORTON, JJ.

OPINION

DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

A jury found Richard Darren Goodwin guilty of the criminal offense of violating the terms of his sexually violent predator commitment. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 841.085 (West 2010). He received a twenty year sentence as a repeat offender. We hold venue was proper in Montgomery County, the evidence supports the verdict, and the trial court did not err in denying a motion to suppress.
