Michael Wade Pache was indicted for two drug offenses: possession with intent to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and possession of marijuana. Challenging the officers' entry into and search of his home, Pache filed a motion to suppress. After the trial court denied his motion, he pleaded guilty under a plea bargain.
