CHARLES KREGER, Justice.

In this appeal, Mark Randall Brister contends the evidence is legally insufficient to support the jury's conclusions that he operated a motor vehicle while intoxicated and that he used a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense. We hold the evidence is sufficient to support the jury's finding that he was intoxicated while operating a vehicle in a public place; however, we hold the evidence does not support a conclusion...
