The Texas Workforce Commission ("TWC") awarded Kristen M. Henderson unemployment compensation benefits and authorized a charge back of those benefits to Steve McCrory d/b/a McCrory & Associates. McCrory sought review of the decision in district court. Both parties filed motions for summary judgment regarding whether the TWC's decision was supported by substantial evidence.
