On its own motion the trial court signed an order in which the court stated that it appeared this case presents no justiciable controversy within the court's subject-matter jurisdiction and that, to the extent there is such a controversy, the court declined to exercise jurisdiction over these claims because they deal with the internal affairs of a non-profit organization.
