Appellant Thomas Dale DeLay appeals from judgments convicting him of the offenses of money laundering of funds of $100,000 or more and conspiracy to commit money laundering of funds of $100,000 or more. See Tex. Penal Code §§ 15.02, 34.02.1 The predicate offense to support the money laundering conviction was a felony Election Code violation. See Tex. Elec.Code....
