HOLLIS HORTON, Justice.

In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether double jeopardy principles bar the appellant's conviction for attempted aggravated sexual assault where, based on acts that occurred in the same time frame and where the alleged sexual assault involved the same child, the jury found the appellant guilty on multiple counts, one of which was continuous sexual abuse occurring between June 1, 2009, and January 29, 2010.
