In this appeal, among other issues, we are asked to determine whether the trial court committed error by concluding that Anthony Jason Kelly was required to exhibit a turn signal while travelling on Old Hempstead Road and before turning to continue onto Old Hempstead Road in Montgomery County, Texas. Kelly also contends that the trial court should have suppressed evidence that he refused to voluntarily provide blood or breath...
