I. Procedural Background

Shelley Denise Munns appeals her conviction by a jury of criminal trespass. The trial court sentenced Munns to ten days' confinement, suspended the sentence, and placed Munns on one year of community supervision. Munns raises two issues: (1) the evidence of her guilt is insufficient and (2) the trial court erred in finding Munns had sufficient resources to offset the costs of her court...
