Calvin Clary, an employee of The Newtron Group, Inc., worked with other Newtron employees at the ExxonMobil chemical plant in Beaumont repairing electrical equipment exposed to water during Hurricane Ike. As part of the contract, Newtron employees other than Clary removed damaged switchgear from the "switchgear 2" building, made necessary repairs, and put the switchgear back in the building.
