This is an appeal of a probate proceeding arising out of the Estate of R.H. "Jack" Finney, Jr., deceased. In her petition for declaratory judgment, Jean Townsend Gibbs, Finney's daughter, claimed Amanda Kay Bickley was not entitled to the contractual bequests Finney made to her because she failed to comply with the conditions precedent stated in the will.
