Blas Garza Perez was convicted of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine1 and a jury assessed his punishment at fifteen years' incarceration and a $2,500 fine. Perez contends that the trial court erred by not ordering the disclosure of the true identity and background of a confidential informant in violation of Texas Rule of Evidence 508, and that the State violated Brady v. Maryland...
