Appellant Anthony Terrell Latson appeals his aggravated-robbery conviction, contending that the trial court committed fundamental error by making comments during voir dire on the meaning of "beyond a reasonable doubt." Appellant also challenges the trial court's order that appellant pay court costs that are not supported by the record. We modify the trial court's judgment to delete the specific amount of costs and affirm...
