Wade Oil & Gas, Inc. appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of Telesis Operating Company, Inc. (Telesis), Vantage Energy, LLC, and Vantage Fort Worth Energy, LLC (Vantage or the Vantage Appellees). For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
