Appellee, Mesa Distributors, Inc. ("Mesa"), sued appellant, Tracy Brown d/b/a Rhinestones in Design ("Brown"), for breach of contract and conversion, alleging that Brown had defaulted on his equipment lease agreement by failing to make the agreed-upon monthly payments and failing to return the equipment after default.
