This appeal arises out of a dispute between the owner of a company and two partners who agreed to buy all of the company's stock. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of the partners and against the owner based upon a favorable jury verdict on the partners' claims for breach of contract, common-law fraud, and statutory fraud under Chapter 27 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code.
