Opinion by Justice BRIDGES.

The State of Texas appeals the trial courts orders granting Jeffrey Brian Cokers motions to suppress. In a single issue, the State argues the trial court erred in granting Cokers motions to suppress. We reverse the trial courts orders granting Cokers motions to suppress and remand for further proceedings.
