Benito Manuel Alvarez Alonso appeals the final divorce decree rendered by the trial court after a bench trial, asserting the trial court erred by: (1) awarding Lucia Zeevaert Alvarez title to a ranch that was his separate property; (2) making a grossly disproportionate division of the community assets; and (3) finding an informal marriage existed between Benito and Lucia after their 1995 divorce.
