JANE BLAND, Justice.

A fire destroyed a rental property owned by Douglas and Kathy Rasmussen. The Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Company denied the Rasmussens' property insurance claim because the Rasmussens had failed to pay the insurance premium due for the renewal of that policy six months before the fire occurred. The Rasmussens sued Texas Farm Bureau and Fred Bolton, a Texas Farm Bureau agent, for breach of contract and Texas Insurance Code violations...
