This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in a multi-party lawsuit. After foreclosing on real estate securing a promissory note, Bank of Texas, N.A. (Bank) sued the borrower, Cindy Lantrip to recover remaining amounts due. Later, the Bank sued Clint M. Glenny, II, an attorney, for negligent misrepresentation about Lantrip's finances contained in two letters prepared in connection with the promissory note...
