Opinion by Justice FILLMORE.

Relators RSR Corporation and Quemetco Metals Limited, Inc. (collectively RSR) filed this petition for writ of mandamus seeking to overturn the trial court's order disqualifying RSR's trial counsel, Bickel & Brewer, from further participation in the case. Because we cannot say the trial court abused its discretion by disqualifying Bickel & Brewer, we deny the petition.
