John Paul Moncey challenges the trial court's characterization of certain property during the division of assets in his divorce from Tammie Jo Moncey. John argues that the trial court erroneously labeled a twenty-three-acre piece of property containing the marital home and a Comstock mineral interest as Tammie's separate property. He also complains that a 1967 Chevrolet Corvette, which he claimed as his separate property...
