A jury convicted appellant Aaron Lashley of engaging in organized criminal activity and assessed punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, at three-and-a-half years' imprisonment. In his sole issue on appeal, appellant contends the evidence is legally insufficient to support the verdict.
