GUADALUPE RIVERA, Justice.

George Ashley ("Ashley" or "Appellant") appeals his conviction of possession of cocaine of more than one gram and less than four grams with intent to deliver, for which he was sentenced to thirty (30) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Ashley argues that the trial court erred by failing to conduct an informal inquiry required by Article 46B of the Texas Code...
