Appellant Franlink, Inc., d/b/a Link Staffing Services (Link), sued its former franchisees for injunctive relief to prevent the breach of a noncompete provision in their franchise agreement. After a bench trial, the trial court granted a permanent injunction in favor of Link, but denied Link's request for attorney's fees. On appeal, Link contends the trial court abused its discretion by failing to award it attorney's fees...
