This appeal arises from a tragic vehicular accident in which Pedro Arizola, Sr.'s son and grandson, Manuel and Romen Arizola, were killed. Pedro Sr. appeals numerous orders entered in two probate proceedings. His complaints generally concern the appointment of the administrators, the alleged disqualification of the administrators' attorney, the denial of discovery...
