On March 7, 2013, relator Patricia Potts filed two petitions for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex.R.App. P. 52. In the petitions, relator asks this court to compel the Honorable Ken Wise, Local Administrative Judge of Harris County, to grant her permission to file litigation and an application for protective order.
