Appellant Joseph Allen Garcia was convicted by a jury of one count of first degree felony murder and three counts of second degree felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. On appeal, Appellant asserts that his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial was violated when the trial court closed voir dire to all others except the venire panel. We agree.
