While employed as the Director of Plant Operations for Good Shepherd Medical Center-Linden, Inc. (Good Shepherd) in the summer of 2009, Bobby Twilley fell from a ladder attached to the hospital building and was injured.1 Twilley alleges he sustained a second on-the-job injury in February 2010, when he tripped and fell over a mound of hardened cement on Good Shepherd's premises.
