U.S. Risk Insurance Group, Inc. (USRIG) and U.S. Risk, Inc. (USR) (collectively appellants) appeal the trial court's judgment granting summary judgment on its breach of contract claim in favor of Brett Woods. In three issues, appellants contend generally that the trial court erred in granting Woods's motion for summary judgment and in denying their motion for summary judgment.
