Before the Court is appellants' motion for en banc reconsideration. On the Court's own motion, we withdraw our opinion and vacate our judgment of July 31, 2012. We overrule appellants' motion for en banc reconsideration and affirm the trial court's judgment. This is now the opinion of the Court.
