(Yongkang) sued Sunl Group, Inc. and Ham Trading Inc., asserting claims based on a sworn account and for unjust enrichment due to Sunl's failure to make payment in full for all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), go-carts, three-wheel motorcycles, and mopeds sold by Yongkang to Sunl.
