Opinion By Justice FILLMORE.

Appellant Raymond Jennison appeals the trial court's order dismissing his lawsuit against appellee Jeanette Prasifka. Jennison's sole issue is whether the trial court correctly determined that it lacked subject matter jurisdiction based upon the ecclesiastical abstention doctrine.1 We affirm the trial court's order dismissing Jennison's claims for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
