In two issues, appellant Ken Hoagland challenges the trial court's order granting appellees' special appearance and dismissing the underlying case. We hold Hoagland pleaded jurisdictional facts that appellees committed tortious acts in Texas and appellees did not present evidence negating every basis for jurisdiction.
