Frabon Crocker was convicted of aggravated robbery. This Court reversed, and Crocker waived a jury trial on remand. The trial court found him guilty and sentenced him to forty-five years in prison. In this appeal, Crocker contends that his right to a speedy trial was violated, that the State engaged in vindictive prosecution and the trial judge in vindictive sentencing, and that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance...
