Opinion by Justice CARTER.

Waynetta Maria Jackson entered an open plea of guilty to theft of property valued at less than $1,500.00 with two previous theft convictions. The charge was a state jail felony; Jackson was sentenced to twenty-two months' incarceration in state jail.
