Attorney Appellant Robert Thornton ("Thornton") appeals the trial court's judgment in this breach of contract suit against AT & T Advertising ("AT & T"). After a trial on the merits, the trial court awarded AT & T damages in the amount of $21,620.29 plus attorney's fees.
