Institutional Securities Corporation and ISC Group, Inc. (ISC) appeal the partial denial of their motion for temporary injunction against Vernon J. "Coby" Hood III concerning electronic data Hood took from ISC. ISC brings one issue contending the trial court erred in permitting appellee to retain a portion of the data.
