Gary Donell Sanders did nothing to win Officer Shane Guthrie's friendship when he spat on the back of Guthrie's head as he sat in the back seat of Guthrie's patrol car. As a result of this conduct, Sanders was convicted by a jury for harassment of a public servant and was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment.
