Appellant, Clarence Davis, Jr., appeals from the trial court's granting of a no-evidence motion for summary judgment in favor of appellee, Aetrex Worldwide, Inc., and resulting take-nothing judgment. In two issues, Davis contends that the trial court erred in sustaining Aetrex's objections to the opinions of his expert witness, and that the trial court erred in granting Aetrex's no-evidence motion for summary judgment...
