Appellant Bruce Alan McMillian was indicted on charges of (1) sexual assault, (2) indecency with a child, and (3) continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14. The trial court denied appellant's motion to quash his indictment for continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14; appellant subsequently pleaded guilty to that count and two counts of sexual assault...
