Appellant Emilio Olivares filed suit against appellees Alfonso Mares1 and Multi-Building, Inc. ("Multi-Building") based on injuries suffered by Olivares while working on the construction of an apartment complex (the "project"). Following a jury trial, the trial court rendered judgment that Olivares recover $61,225 from Multi-Building and $146,940 from Mares, plus interest and a percentage of court...
