Appellants, Christopher and Denise Arthey, challenge the trial court's summary judgment in favor of appellee, Schlumberger Technology Corporation ("Schlumberger"), in a personal injury case. By two issues, the Artheys contend that the trial court erred in granting summary judgment on the basis that Schlumberger owed no duty to the Artheys, either under general maritime law or the Texas Dram Shop Act.1<...
