This is an appeal from a final judgment in a statutory condemnation case. See TEX. PROP.CODE ANN. § 21.011-.025 (West 2004 & Supp.2012). In this appeal, appellant Hanford-Southport, LLC ("Hanford-Southport") does not challenge the condemnation; rather, Hanford-Southport challenges the amount of the condemnation award.
