BZ Tire Shop ("BZ Tire") appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of Brian Brite and Brian Brite Enterprises, Inc. (collectively "Brite"). In one issue, BZ contends the trial court erred in failing to grant a new trial after it was discovered that one juror was statutorily disqualified from serving on the jury. See TEX.
